ban appeal

Hello how do I find out the reason for my ban and how to appeal it and why is my ban timer stuck at 24 hours no moving up or down <?>
  1. also my friend that goes by the IGN (in game name) "Lawfare" got muted and can't figure out why or how to appeal it either.
