Banned for nothing? no place to appeal.

I got frozen after playing some kits (lmao??) and the dude had me install teamspeak then anydesk and then ran every program to search my pc but found nothing, and then found some stopped functions that said was bannable after not finding a thing. I then asked him to instead of banning me maybe help me disable the issue so I can keep playing my minecraft game that I spent a $20 rank on. He continues to say that I should instead just admit to autoclicking because its a 7day ban instead of this mystery 30d ban. Also told me I couldn't screen record an ss? LMAO ok legit for shit like that. I have proof for any staff who cares. I wanted to spend more money on my favorite minecraft gamemode but I guess no more.
